Q: I am a New Client and have paid the booking fee to reserve my appointment but I need to cancel or reschedule. Is this money refundable?

A: No, the booking fee is a non-refundable fee to secure your appointment time and ensure serious inquiries only. If you cancel or no-show your appointment, this fee will be forfeited. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment and are outside the cancellation policy (48 hours) you are allowed to reschedule one time (within 12 weeks of your current appt.) and it will still be applied to your services. If you need to reschedule more than once, the fee will be forfeited and you can no longer book an appointment with me. 

Q: What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

A: Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule an appointment. This allows another client to enjoy the appointment. 

If your appointment is canceled or no showed within 48 hours of your appointment, there is a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you have future appointments booked, this fee will beed to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your remaining appointments. If this is not paid, these appointments will be canceled.
