Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment & helps you avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointment Cancellations/No Shows within 48 hours of the appointment incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.
If you have future appointments booked, this fee will need to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your remaining appointments. If it is not paid, these appointments will be canceled.
Please be on time for your appointments. If you arrive late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time.
If this happens, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
If you are 15+ minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the services scheduled that day.
If you are not satisfied with your haircut or color service,
please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment.
