Q: How early should I arrive for my service?
A. 10-15 minutes. Arriving prior to your appointment will give you ample time to check-in and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
In the event that you should be tardy, we please ask that you be considerate and email to inform us of your situation so Lancer can take necessary action or make special arrangements. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more overdue to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Q: What is Hair Guy Lancer’s Children’s policy?
A. For safety reasons and to maintain a professional and relaxing environment, it is not advisable to bring children to your regularly scheduled appointment.
Q: What is Hair Guy Lancer’s cancellation policy?
A. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please notify Hair Guy Lancer within 48 HOURS before your appointment.
Q: What is Hair Guy Lancer’s inclement weather policy?
A. When King and/or surrounding counties are under winter weather advisory or warnings, and you believe it would be unsafe or impossible to travel to our salon, Hair Guy Lancer respects the safety of others and in these cases does not require a 48-hour cancellation, and in this case, requests at least 12 hours' notice if you absolutely cannot make it to the salon. Hair Guy Lancer will always be at the salon during inclement weather whenever clients have scheduled appointments.
Q: What if I am not happy with my service?
A. Hair Guy Lancer strives to make each and every guest happy before they leave on their appointment day. In the event that you are not happy with your service, please contact Lancer within 2 weeks after your appointment and he will do anything in his power to give you the result you are looking for. Your satisfaction is top priority and Hair Guy Lancer appreciates you communicating promptly. Please note, any refund for services provided would be determined on a case by case basis by Lancer.
Q: What is a Betweener? How do I receive one?
A. Lancer offers complimentary “Betweener” services whenever clients need a bang trim, neck clean-up, or sides de-poofing for regular clients who come in every 8 weeks or less. No more than one Betweener is allowed between regular visits. Lancer reserves the right to deny this service for any reason.
Gratuities are traditionally offered in recognition of exceptional service, so Lancer would not presume to include them in his prices. Should you wish to tip, you can do so directly at check out or add it to your bill at the end of your service. Gift cards do not include gratuities.
Hair Guy Lancer’s guests are generally seen by appointment only. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill up early. Lancer highly suggests scheduling your next service before leaving so that you can have your desired time and service.
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Gift Cards are all acceptable forms of payment. Unfortunately, Hair Guy Lancer does not accept paper checks.
